About the Role

Sodhi Autos is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the dealership. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling transactions, reconciliations, invoicing, taxation, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Accounting

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
• Maintain cash and bank books.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Ensure proper accounting of vehicle sales, accessories, insurance, finance, and other dealership transactions.

2. Bank & Cash Reconciliation

• Perform regular bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
• Monitor daily cash collections and deposits.
• Maintain proper records of petty cash and branch expenses.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in cash and bank transactions.

3. GST & Taxation

• Maintain GST-related records and documentation.
• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns.
• Verify GST input and output transactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
