Accountant

Experienced Accountant – On-Site Contract Position

We are seeking an experienced accountant to set up and organize the accounting system for our multi-location restaurant group.

Pay: $5,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Establish a consistent accounting system across all restaurants.
• Organize accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll records, and bank reconciliations.
• Set up separate financial reporting for each location and consolidated company reports.
• Review existing records, correct discrepancies, and establish monthly closing procedures.
• Document accounting processes and train our team.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of accounting experience with multi-location businesses.
• Strong full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience setting up accounting systems for multi-location businesses; restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong accounting software and Excel skills.
• QuickBooks experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and complete the setup efficiently.

This is an in-house, on-site contract position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The initial commitment is at least one month, ideally three months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position
