What they need
- Subsidiary & Group Consolidation: Lead the month-end and year-end financial consolidation processes for all subsidiaries, ensuring accurate intercompany eliminations and foreign exchange adjustments.
- Industrial & Cost Accounting: Oversee standard costing structures, evaluate manufacturing variances (materials, labor, and overhead), and provide actionable insights on factory margins.
- Inventory Control & Valuation: Manage raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory accounting; coordinate periodic physical stock counts and audit reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare timely consolidated financial statements, management reports, and operational KPIs for leadership review in compliance with MPERS.
- Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and local regulatory bodies across corporate entities to ensure seamless compliance.
