Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, and statutory compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain and reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
• Prepare invoices and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support in preparation of GST returns and reconciliation of GST data.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, bills, and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
• Ensure proper maintenance and filing of financial documents.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com / M.Com / Accounting / Finance or a related field.
• 13 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
