Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant – Transport/Logistics to manage day-to-day accounting activities related to transportation operations. The ideal candidate should have good numerical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Experience

• 1.5 Years to 3 year of experience in accounting or transport/logistics accounts preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities related to transport operations
• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records
• Prepare and maintain transport-related invoices and bills
• Verify transporter bills, fuel expenses, toll charges, and other operational expenses
• Maintain records of vehicle-related expenses and payments
• Handle accounts payable and receivable

Requirements

• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP software is preferred
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Expert in GST, TDS, GSTR

Location : Saravanampatti

Pay: ₹20,623.88 - ₹25,626.99 per month
