Accountant

AccountantJob Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Check and verify cash and bank deposits and maintain proper records.
• Monitor customer collections and outstanding payments and follow up when required.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare and maintain bank and customer/vendor reconciliations.
• Verify invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Maintain cash, petty cash, cheque, and bank transaction records.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily/monthly accounting and collection reports.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, banks, and auditors when required.
• Assist management with financial reports and other accounting-related work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, communication skills, and numerical accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
