職位概述

本公司誠徵一位具備多元能力、實務經驗豐富的會計專業人士，負責日常財務運作、會計事務及法定合規相關工作。本職位屬綜合執行類崗位，適合專注執行、樂於處理各項雜務的從業人員，並非策略管理崗。入職者須確保日常財務流程運作順暢，同時保障公司營運完全符合香港法規要求。

主要職責

負責全套會計賬務處理、應付賬款、應收賬款及銀行對賬工作。

編製每月管理賬目、現金流量表及各項財務報告。

處理稅務局相關報稅、僱主報表及強制性公積金（強積金）行政事宜。

配合外聘核數師及公司秘書團隊，辦理年度審計及法定呈報事項。

處理員工報銷申請、監控每日現金結餘，並辦理供應商款項支付。

按公司要求，協助處理各項一般行政及營運事務。

應徵資格

具備香港會計及合規相關實務工作經驗，年資最少 3 至 5 年。

持有會計、財務或相關學科之學士學位。

熟悉香港《公司條例》、稅務法規及強積金相關規定。

必須能流利使用廣東話、英語及普通話（母語或專業流利程度）。

熟練運用微軟 Excel，以及 Xero、QuickBooks 等雲端會計軟件。

工作積極主動、條理清晰，能夠獨立勝任綜合性崗位工作。

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to oversee day-to-day financial operations, accounting duties and statutory compliance matters. This is a generalist role focusing on execution rather than strategic management, ideal for candidates who are hands-on and capable of handling a wide range of tasks. You will ensure seamless daily financial workflows and full compliance with Hong Kong regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full set of accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow statements and financial reports.
• Handle tax filings, employer returns and administration of the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) for the Inland Revenue Department.
• Coordinate with external auditors and company secretarial teams for annual audits and statutory filings.
• Process staff expense claims, monitor daily cash positions and arrange vendor payments.
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in accounting and compliance within Hong Kong.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, tax regulations and MPF rules.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (native or professional proficiency required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cloud accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks.
• Self-motivated, well-organised and able to work independently in a generalist role.
