Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting and day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Manage GST, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and related compliance.
• Handle TDS calculation, deductions, payments, returns, and certificates.
• Manage income tax-related accounting and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, trial balance, P&L;, and balance sheet.
• Perform GST/TDS reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor/customer reconciliation and outstanding follow-ups.
• Handle bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documents for audits.
• Independently handle the complete accounts function.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of audit and taxation processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.

Eligibility

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accountingand taxation. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in complete accounts and statutory compliance will be Preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
