Accountant

#SkillCheck:

• Master's Degree in Finance & and Accounting.

#ChallengeCheck:

• Manage supplier accounts in accordance with the criteria and requirements defined by the company’s overall policies.
• Follow up on unvalidated invoices by sending claims and maintaining a daily tracking report, including due dates, to ensure issues are resolved before the payment deadline and prevent supplier complaints.
• Receive daily invoices for stockable goods and ensure that the quantities received and recorded in the system by the warehouse team match the quantities invoiced.
• Validate accounting entries and reconcile supplier accounts, ensuring proper justification of outstanding supplier balances.
• Reconcile and monitor all accounts related to the purchasing and raw material (RM) supplier processes.
• Handle supplier discrepancies and resolve disputes in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare the monthly supplier accounts report and submit it to the Chief Accountant.
• Update and maintain tracking reports, including supplier foreign exchange gains and losses and MB5S analysis.
