ACCOUNTANT

SOUTHLAND STONE USA is seeking a full-time, experienced ACCOUNTANT to handle general bookkeeping services, payroll, tax services and client correspondence. Accounting background and financial understanding is required. Experience with Microsoft Navision is a must.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Day to day Bookkeeping – AR, AP, Inventory etc
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financials, reports and budgets in timely manner.
• Assist with audits and yearly reports and schedules.
• Verify and post and reconcile all transactions that are properly documented in accordance with accounting standards.
• Responsible for maintaining daily cash flow
• Cash and Bank reconciliation
• Work on various tasks and reports assigned by the CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience as an accountant/bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in Microsoft NAVISION.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently.

SALARY: Commensurate to Experience

Pay: $68,212.05 - $73,728.76 per year
