Role Overview
We are looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, statutory compliance and routine financial reporting for our growing Aerospace and Defence startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, vendor payments and bank reconciliation.
• Manage GST, TDS, Tally/ERP entries and coordinate statutory filings with external consultants.
• Process employee reimbursements, payroll-related accounting and expense claims.
• Assist in budgeting, cash-flow tracking, expense monitoring and monthly financial reports.
• Maintain documentation for audits, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with management, HR, vendors, banks and the company's Chartered Accountant.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com. / M. Com. or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS and basic accounting standards.
• Good understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, organisational skills and ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Preferred: Experience working with a private limited company and familiarity with MCA-related compliance coordination.
