Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support our finance and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle Tally ERP / Tally Prime and ensure accurate data entry.
• Manage purchase and sales invoices, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Prepare basic financial reports and MIS as required.
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting records.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
• Assist the management in routine accounting and finance activities.

Qualification

• B.Com / BBA (Finance) / Any Graduate with relevant accounting experience.
• Candidates with good practical knowledge of accounting will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in accounting records.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge and Tally skills may also be considered.
