What they need
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and monthly summaries.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and check invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Monitor company expenses, cash flow, and budget records.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist in preparing payroll and verifying employee-related financial records.
- Ensure that financial records are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
- Assist in preparing tax documents and other required government reports.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial transactions and concerns.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company financial information.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
