Job Description

Hemratan Construction Company LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and project-related accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
• Manage bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
• Handle GST entries, TDS records, and other statutory documentation.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related work.
• Maintain project-wise expenses, contractor bills, and vendor payments.
• Verify purchase bills, site expenses, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, banks, and internal teams.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in finalizing accounts.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate accounting records.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience: Relevant experience in accounting; construction industry experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
