Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial documentation for Floor Collections, Ottappalam.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments and expense entries.
• Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Assist with GST/VAT-related records, tax documentation and compliance.
• Prepare daily, monthly and periodic financial reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documents for all transactions.
• Coordinate with management regarding accounts and financial matters.

Requirements

• Qualification in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or a related field.
• 1-3 Years of experience in accounting or a similar role preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, taxation and basic accounting principles.
• Good numerical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial records.

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
