We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our car care team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial records and accounting transactions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Handle cash transactions and monitor daily income and expenses.
• Record customer payments and supplier expenses.
• Reconcile cash, card payments, and bank transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, services, and operational expenses.
• Assist with VAT records and other accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with management regarding financial reports and discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Accountant, preferably in a car care center, automotive workshop, or garage.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, cash handling, and bank reconciliation.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

IMPORTANT: Candidates must have relevant accounting experience. Experience in a car care center, garage, or automotive business is highly preferred.
