Job Description

Stained Glass House is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills and expense reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
• Maintain vendor and customer account records.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other tax-related documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate salary calculations, payroll records and employee payment details.
• Maintain proper documentation of purchases, sales and payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with account reconciliation.
• Coordinate with management regarding financial records and pending payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel and accounting software.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
• Good numerical, organisational and documentation skills.
• Honest, punctual, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Salary

₹18,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
