Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of GST compliance, billing, invoicing, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices.
• Handle GST billing, GST returns, and ensure GST compliance.
• Generate tax invoices, e-way bills, and maintain GST records.
• Record daily accounting transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
• Prepare vouchers, ledgers, and monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and support statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of GST, billing, invoicing, and basic taxation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
