About the Role

Looking to build a strong foundation in accounting with a role that gives you real, hands-on exposure? We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day financial backbone of our business. From invoicing to GST to and tally, you'll be the person who keeps the numbers accurate, the records clean, and the finance function running smoothly..

What You'll Own

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries with speed and accuracy
• Prepare invoices and maintain complete, well-organized billing records
• Maintain and monitor petty cash with full transparency and discipline
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Maintain up-to-date accounting records using Tally and Excel
• Support the finance team with accurate documentation for audits and reviews
• Ensure every entry, invoice, and reconciliation is error-free and audit-ready

What You Bring to the Table

• 0–1 years of experience
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• A solid understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, and TDS concepts
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organized approach to work
• Good numerical ability and comfort working with financial data daily
• Reliability and honesty — you'll be handling sensitive financial records
• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured accounting function

Eligibility

• Qualification: HSC and Above
• Candidates residing near the office location are preferred
