Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Manage purchase and sales entries in accounting software.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and auditors.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
• Good communication, numerical, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
