Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support financial reporting, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Maintain and update general ledger entries and accounting records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify account balances.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support payroll processing and maintain relevant payroll records.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Support taxation, compliance, and audit-related activities.
• Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• O/A Levels are compulsory.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior accounting experience is not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) or other accounting software will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Must be comfortable working the specified evening/night shift.

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
