Accountant

About the role

Leader Property (Comm. & Ind.) Agency Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is a full-time position based in Lai Chi Kok, Sham Shui Po District. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organisation through accurate recording, analysis, and reporting of financial transactions. This position is essential to ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supporting the strategic financial decision-making of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Handle full-set accounting tasks, including data entry into the accounting system and processing accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), invoices, and accounting vouchers.

• Monitor accounting team on daily route duties and works with our company on daily accounting operation

• Prepare various reports and statements, such as financial control reports, cash flow analyses, forecasts, and budget reports.

• Participate in annual tax audits and tax-related advisory work.

• Timely completion of other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, calculation of wages and incentive bonuses, and preparation of payroll reports.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

What we're looking for

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or related Finance disciplines

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in the property relation industry is preferred.

• Organized with strong analytical skills; proficient in MS Excel & MS Word and Peachtree accounting software.

• Excellent planning and project management capabilities.

• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
