Position: Accountant

Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Accounting Qualification
Location: KINFRA-MENAMKULAM, TRIVANDRUM

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, profit & loss statements, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, as applicable.
• Assist in payroll accounting, expense verification, and salary-related entries.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and banking transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
