Accountant

FreshUp is the largest smart vending machine solution provider in Hong Kong. We own and operate 5000+ vending machines, and are now inviting talented individual to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will provide your financial skills and accounting experienced support to our Finance Department. We welcome attentive person to join us.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and the daily accounting operation including month / year-end closing, bank reconciliation, preparation of financial statement, financial analysis, manage accounts payable & receivable, daily and periodic income verification and posting;
• Monitor cash flow, initiate expenses controls, and maintain close communication with other departments for scheduling payments;
• Supervise Accounting team to perform daily accounting duties;
• Coordinate and liaise with auditors on annual audits;
• Review and streamline process to enhance efficiency;
• Ensure the Company complies with all accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements;
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects or assignments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience with 2 years supervisory experience;
• Experience in trading/ retail is preferred;
• Able to handle full set of accounts;
• Diploma / Degree in Accounting and Finance or related discipline with professional accounting qualification;
• Proficient in MS Office (word, excel); well versed in using accounting software;
• Good command of English, typing in Chinese & English;
• Well organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented;
• Immediately available is preferred.
