Accountant

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Manage VAT records and assist with VAT return filing.
• Prepare financial reports and track outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with tenants, suppliers, and internal departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Experience in real estate or property management is preferred.

Visa Requirement: Candidates must be on a spouse visa or family visa and available to join immediately.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
