HIRING: ACCOUNTANT

Location: Jaipur (On-site, work from office) | Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month | Full-time

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our company accounts, GST compliance and day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate should know what needs to be done independently and be comfortable handling accounts end to end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts & Bookkeeping

• Manage complete company accounts in Tally
• Record daily vendor entries and payments
• Maintain monthly records of purchase and expense bills
• Calculate and report overspent and underspent amounts against budgets

Invoicing & Billing

• Create sales invoices and bills and upload them on the required platforms
• Maintain proper records of all invoices, purchase bills and expense bills

Taxation & Compliance

• File monthly GST returns on the GST portal
• Generate e-way bills
• Fill and submit all required government taxation forms on time

Reporting

• Prepare PNL statements
• Prepare sales reports and monthly financial summaries
• Maintain accurate data in Google Sheets

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with Tally
• Working knowledge of the GST portal, GST filing and e-way bill generation
• Experience in purchase and expense bill management and vendor accounting
• Good command of Google Sheets
• Good English communication (written and spoken)
• Must work from the office in Jaipur

PREFERRED

• Textile industry background
• Preferred age: 28–30 years
