Accountant – HOUSE OF MEN

Location: Westhill, Kozhikode, Kerala

HOUSE OF MEN, a new men's lifestyle and fashion store, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily accounts, sales records, inventory reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records.
• Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain purchase invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Monitor stock records and coordinate inventory reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and financial reports.
• Maintain GST-related records and coordinate GST filing with the relevant consultant, if applicable.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and proper documentation of all transactions.

Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Previous experience in accounting, preferably in retail or a clothing store.
• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software.
• Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Preferred: Candidates with experience handling retail billing, inventory, and daily store accounts.

Work Location: HOUSE OF MEN, Westhill, Kozhikode.
