Accountant

Wingside Foods Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and support financial controls across our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, purchases, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile daily sales, POS settlements, bank accounts, and cash balances.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and cash flow reports.
• Process supplier invoices and payments and track outstanding balances.
• Support budgeting, payroll preparation, and statutory remittances.
• Work with inventory and operations teams to reconcile stock records, monitor food costs, and investigate discrepancies.
• Use the company’s ERP system to record transactions and generate reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial procedures.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Practical experience using an ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
• ICAN qualification is required.
• Experience in the food service or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is an added advantage.
