ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial information.

Responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.

Maintain project-related accounting records and cost summaries.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

Coordinate with banks and government agencies as required.

Coordinate and support the internal and external audit processes, ensuring the timely resolution of audit matters.

Support corporate tax compliance matters as required.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in support of the Finance and Contract teams.

Requirements: A

Prior experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
