ACCOUNTANT

Job Responsibilities:

Handle full set accounts, including daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.

Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate accounting records.

Handle monthly closing and year-end closing of accounts.

Monitor company cash flow and financial transactions.

Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and other accounting documents.

Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and audit preparation.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries when required.

Ensure proper filing and compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Relevant experience in handling full set accounts independently.

Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
