ACCOUNTANT

Our company is a well-established Hong Kong-based trading and manufacturing company established in 1991. With several production facilities in Guangdong, China, the company manufactures and distributes a diverse range of products, including toys, medical supplies, and plastic goods.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently handle full set of accounting records and updating the general Ledgers and accounts
• Perform month-end accounting duties, including month-end closing and reconciliation of accounts.
• Provide administrative support, including invoice preparation and payment processing.
• Assist in year-end audit processes, liaising with external auditors as necessary.
• Prepare financial and management reports.
• Review PRC manufacturing accounts.

Requirements

• University Degree / High Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry and familiarity with PRC accounting software are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office in English and Chinese (Word, Excel).
• Experience using the Peachtree, Sage system or other accounting software is preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
