Accountant

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Qualification: B.Com

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle the full set of accounts.

• Finalize accounts with minimal supervision (approximately 90% independently).

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).

• 35 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Hands-on experience in account finalization and Accounts Receivable.

• Good proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
