Accountant

We are looking for an experienced accountant who is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and accounting standards, recording day-to-day accounting activities, and supporting the organization's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities including prepayments and accruals.
• Prepare trial balance.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT calculations.
• Verify and reconcile Inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience
• Strong communication skills
• UAE experience is an advantage
• English language proficiency required
