An Accountant should provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

Responsibilities:

• AP AR Management

• Monitoring of cash flow and investments

• Preparation of monthly budget

• Prepare statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz TDS and Professional tax.

• Calculation Payment of Taxes (GST, TDS, PT, etc)

• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.

• Ensure that all general ledger accounts reconciliation on a weekly basis

• Monitor and follow-up on receivables that have been outstanding for unusually long periods of time

• Preparation of financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends

• Assisting co-ordinating with other departments.

• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.

• Banking related document preparation including Cheques, Bank transfers, etc.

• Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

• Processing of monthly payment of utilities and other bills.

• Preparation of Purchase orders, Delivery Notes Maintaining necessary records.

• Debtors and Creditors balance reconciliation and age-wise analysis of Debtors balances.

• Prepare monthly Tax reports follow up proper updating

• Verify that all accounting related activities follow company standards
