Job Title: Accountant

Industry: Multi-entity Group Holding (Trading, Oil and Gas) (Dubai)

Position Summary

We are looking for an Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Prepare and process customer and supplier invoices.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with UAE VAT and FTA compliance, including VAT workings and documentation.
• Assist with UAE Corporate Tax (CT) calculations, records, and filing requirements.
• Maintain proper accounting and tax documentation.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management when required.
• Ensure invoices and accounting records comply with UAE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT, FTA, and Corporate Tax.
• Hands-on experience with invoicing and bookkeeping.
• Good Excel and accounting software skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
