Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, GST, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation regularly.
• Handle GST-related documentation, data preparation, and filing coordination.
• Maintain cash books, petty cash records, and expense statements.
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and coordinate payment follow-ups.
• Verify supplier bills, employee expenses, and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and MIS.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records for audits and compliance.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and other departments as required.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
