Accountant

Almassa Polyclinic is looking for an experienced details oriented, and highly organized FULL-TIME Accountant to manage the clinics complete accounting operation.

Key Responsabilities:

* Manage daily accounting transaction and maintain accurate financial records.

* Prepare regular financial records.

* Handle UAE VAT and corporate Tax requirments.

* Process monthly payroll and maintain salary records.

* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

* Manage supplier invoices, payment and account reconciliation.

* Monitor customer accounts, recevabales, and outstanding payments.

* Handle insurance accounts, payment follow-up, and reconciliation.

* Maintain records for audits, tax filings, and compliance.

* Coordinate with management, suppliers, banks, insurance companies, and external auditors when requiered.

Experience managing accounting operations indpendently.

Experience with payroll, and accounts payable and receivable.

Experience in healthcare or insurance accounting is preferred.

Strong attention to details, organization, confidentiality, and time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
