Accountant

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform general accounting work: expense‑report review, journal entry posting, general‑ledger and sub‑ledger reconciliation to ensure accounting compliance; interface with US financial systems.

2. Conduct accounting adjustments under US GAAP; complete monthly and quarterly close processes; prepare monthly financial statements; submit financial data, ledgers and supporting materials for tax filings to US headquarters.

3. Manage bank accounts, reconcile bank statements, prepare bank‑reconciliation statements; maintain cash and note ledgers.

4. Support external audits by organizing vouchers, contracts and financial documentation; archive accounting vouchers and contract records.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by US‑based company management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance / Accounting; minimum 1‑year relevant accounting working experience; practical experience in US‑owned companies is preferred.

2. Knowledge of US GAAP and US tax regulations.

3. Fluent in English and Chinese.

4. Meticulous, strong data sense, resilient under pressure; good cross‑team communication skills and high confidentiality awareness.

岗位职责

1、负责公司账务处理，费用报销审核、凭证录入、总账明细账核对，确保账务合规，对接美国财务系统。

2、按照美国通用会计准则，完成账务调整，月度结账、季度结账，编制月度财务报表，向美国总部提交财务数据、台账及相关税务申报。

3、银行账户管理，银行流水对账，编制银行余额调节表；现金、票据台账维护。

4、配合外部审计、整理所需凭证、合同、财务资料；归档财务凭证、合同档案。

5、完成美国公司领导交付的其他工作。

任职要求

1、本科及以上，财务、会计相关专业，1年以上会计工作经验，有美资企业实操经验优先。

2、了解US GAAP美国会计准则，熟悉美国税务法规。

3、中英文流利。

4、严谨细致，数据敏感度高，抗压能力强，具备良好的跨团队沟通、保密意识。
