Accountant

1. Voucher & Customs Document Processing

• Verify the validity, accuracy, and legality of payment vouchers for both domestic and international vendors.
• Process and manage customs declaration documentation (handling an estimated 200 declarations per month).
• Classify, enter data, and archive verified accounting vouchers into the ERP system systematically.

2. Liabilities & Master Data Management

• Perform quarterly debt reconciliations for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Create, update, and maintain Vendor Master Data in the system.
• Handle administrative tasks related to receivables and payables (document filing, dispatching, and record storage).

3. General Support

• Execute additional tasks and reports as assigned by the Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience:

  1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Voucher/ Accounts Payable (AP) Accounting. Prior experience in manufacturing environments or handling customs declaration files is strongly preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficient in Excel formulas for processing and summarizing high volumes of financial data.

• Languages:

  English skills (written and spoken) to handle documentation and communicate with international vendors or internal stakeholders.

• Key Attributes:

  High attention to detail, meticulous when working with numbers/vouchers, and capable of working under deadline pressure.
