Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST returns, TDS calculations and returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and receivables.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, cost analysis, and MIS reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, verification, and filing of invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial records.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal financial controls.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, and MIS preparation.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in engineering, HVAC, MEP, manufacturing, or project-based industries.
• Knowledge of project costing, expense tracking, and vendor management.
• Experience in handling audits and coordinating with external consultants.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
