Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to help manage and improve accounting and financial reporting.

What we're looking for:

• Accounting graduate with solid accounting experience

• should have at least 3-5 yr experience in manufacturing, inventory, costing, and bookkeeping

• Knowledge of COGS, inventory accounting, and P&L preparation

• Detail-oriented and good with Excel/spreadsheet

• Able to review existing records and identify/correct accounting issues

• Can work independently and take ownership of tasks

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain monthly P&L and financial reports

• Monitor inventory, production costs, and COGS

• Assist in proper product costing

• Reconcile accounting records and transactions

• Help improve Philform's accounting systems and reporting

• Coordinate with management on financial analysis and reporting

Work arrangement:

Flexible working conditions. monday to sat on site. Will be able to answer calls anytime of the week. Include off-hours.
