About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support accounting and compliance requirements. The candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Coordinate with departments for purchase orders, expense claims, and stock entries
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (with support from CA)
• Support audits, documentation, and financial reporting
• Use accounting software (Zoho Books preferred) for all transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience in Zoho Books is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
