• Job Description

• Kaushik Fire and Safety Services is looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, financial records and statutory documentation while supporting the company's financial operations.
• *Key Responsibilities*
• • Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• • Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers and receipts.
• • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts and customer accounts.
• • Assist with GST returns, TDS and other applicable statutory compliance.
• • Track outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and vendors.
• • Maintain expense records and support monthly financial reporting.
• • Coordinate with management, auditors and tax consultants.
• • Maintain project-wise expense and billing records where required.
• *Requirements*
• • B.Com or an equivalent qualification in accounting or finance.
• • 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred.
• • Working knowledge of Tally, Excel and GST procedures.
• • Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• • Ability to maintain confidential financial records and meet deadlines.
