พนักงานบัญชี (Accountant)

About the role

The company exports high-quality Thai fruits including frozen durian and fresh coconut water to international markets. This role is responsible for managing the company's accounting and finance systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and verify daily accounting records and all accounting documents such as receipts, payment vouchers, and general vouchers
• Verify the accuracy of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory
• Prepare and verify monthly and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and financial statement notes
• Reconcile bank accounts and related accounts, and verify the accuracy of accounting entries
• Prepare documents and information for monthly and annual account closures
• Verify and prepare tax reports including input tax, output tax, and withholding tax
• Prepare and submit relevant tax forms accurately and on time
• Plan and verify the company's tax burden in compliance with law
• Coordinate with auditors, the Revenue Department, the Department of Business Development, and related agencies
• Verify and prepare daily cash receipt and payment reports
• Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain the company's liquidity
• Oversee customer payments and supplier payments
• Prepare financial status and cash flow reports for management
• Collaborate with management in preparing annual budgets
• Monitor and control expenses in accordance with the approved budget
• Analyze financial status, revenue, expenses, and costs to support management decision-making
• Report financial irregularities or risks and propose improvement measures
• Organize and maintain accounting and finance documents in a systematic manner for audit trail purposes
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and relevant government agencies
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Knowledge of accounting, taxation, and relevant laws
• Able to manage accounting and finance work end-to-end and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Express accounting software is preferred
• Meticulous, honest, responsible, and able to maintain company confidentiality
• Strong analytical skills, document management, and coordination abilities
• Experience in import-export business or international trade transactions is preferred
• Registered accountant status and CPD certification is preferred
