Accountant

Accountant:
Responsible for the management and reporting of financial data and organizing of information being sourced from several different reporting systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Assists with daily, weekly, monthly, and annual accounting duties.

Assists with accounting for fixed assets and tracking of project costs.

Reconcile various general ledger accounts.

Responsible for the monthly bank reconciliation.

Review and prepare consolidated financial statements.

Coordinate month-end close. year-end close, annual audit and tax return preparation.

Analyze accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness.

Prepare financial and operational reports and analysis as needed.

Responsible for production costs accounting and control.

Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.

Oversees cashflow management.

Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets.

Perform audits ensuring adherence to standard requirements.

Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.

Report analysis and findings to management team.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in accounting or related field with two years applicable work

experience (May consider work experience in lieu of educational requirements)

Excellent computer skills including typing and data entry, necessary to perform the

duties required for this job.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel

Experience with accounting software

High attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and multi-task with efficiency.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Offered compensation: $25/hr - $28/hr
