Accountant

岗位职责

-负责公司全盘账目处理及月结工作，确保账目准确及按时完成。

-编制财务报表、管理层报告及预算。

-确保符合马来西亚税务法规（MRA），包括SST申报。

-负责公司税务申报及资本津贴（MCCA）计算。

-管理公司现金流、应收应付账款。

-监控产品成本、维护标准成本及BOM，协助盘点工作。

-与内部部门协调相关财务事宜。

-协助成本控制及完成上级安排的其他工作。

职位要求

-会计/财务相关学士学位，持有CPA/ACCA优先考虑。

-具备相关工作经验 3-5年以上。

-熟悉马来西亚税务及全盘账目处理。

-熟练使用会计软件（Autocount) 及Microsoft Excel。

-细心负责，具良好时间管理及独立工作能力。

-要求语言能力：华话、马来语及英语，以便与不同客户及利益相关方有效沟通。

Job Responsibilities

·         Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate monthly closing.

·         Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budgets.

·         Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations (MRA), including SST submission.

·         Prepare corporate tax filings and capital allowance (MCCA) calculations.

·         Manage company cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

·         Monitor product costing, maintain standard costs and BOM, and assist in stock take activities.

·         Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters.

·         Support cost control initiatives and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.

·         Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience.

·         Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and full set accounting.

·         Proficient in accounting software (Autocount) and Microsoft Excel.

·         Detail-oriented, responsible, with good time management and ability to work independently.

·         Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
