Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and variance analysis
• Manage accounting function, Payment authorization and processing, validate transactions, and ensure accurate and timely payment of amounts due to vendors
• Handle banking transactions and maintain effective communication with bankers on daily banking matters
• Liaise and collaborate with external auditors during audit periods to provide required financial documents and explanations
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks, as required/instructed by superior

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, certified HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• At least 4 years of solid experience in accounting duties gained from Retail industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience in SAP execution
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, can work under pressure with tight schedule independently
• Immediate availability is preferred
