Accountant

About the role

• Own full-set accounting for the Singapore entity — AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
• Handle quarterly GST filing, CPF/SDL contributions, and annual IRAS individual income tax reporting (IR8A)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and deliver operational and cost analysis to management and HQ
• Support annual audit and tax filing; liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and the corporate secretary
• Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation accounting; administer expense claims and the payment approval workflow
• Work with the China HQ finance team on group consolidation, cross-border settlement, and transfer pricing documentation

About you

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit
• 3–5 years of full-set accounting experience; Singapore local bookkeeping or multinational experience is an advantage
• Familiar with Singapore tax (GST, corporate income tax), CPF, and IRAS filing processes; knowledge of SFRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standards)
• Proficient with Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP; capable of Excel-based modelling
• Business-level written and spoken Mandarin and English — required to collaborate directly with the China HQ finance team
• ACCA or CPA qualification (or in progress) is an advantage
