Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing startup team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining branch accounts, supporting day-to-day accounting activities, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage branch accounts and day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Handle GST-related accounting and compliance activities.
• Maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other financial records.
• Conduct regular branch visits for accounting and financial coordination.
• Coordinate with branch teams and ensure timely submission of accounts and documents.
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and other accounting activities.
• Work closely with the management and other departments as part of a team-oriented environment.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Good working knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
• Experience in handling branch accounts is preferred.
• Candidates should be based in or around Calicut City.
• Willingness to travel/visit branches as required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take on varied responsibilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
