Job Title: Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle sales and purchase entries, receipts, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.
• Ensure accuracy in accounting records and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation procedures.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com or a related qualification in Commerce/Accounting.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Freshers may apply if they have strong accounting knowledge.
• Candidates should be responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
